Teaching

Since 2025, Siegel has taught constitutional law at South Texas College of Law Houston. From 2022 to 2025, he taught American Legal History at the University of Houston Law Center and founded and directed the law center’s Appellate Civil Rights Clinic, which represented parties and amici in civil rights appeals in the United States Supreme Court, multiple federal appellate courts, and Texas state appellate courts. ​​​​​​
